Terms & Conditions

1. Please consider carefully before ordering, no cancellation of order is allow at any point of time.

2. We do not tolerate "dead-buyers". All "dead-buyers" will be given negative rating and will be ban from our auction. Cherish your rating.

3. Please clear all doubts before buying by contacting us through our LIVE CHAT system or via e-mail.

4. Please place your order for the correct item, size and colour.

5. Because of colour difference of every computer monitors' settings, models, brand and year of manufacture, so there might be some slight colour difference, please consider carefully if you are very particular about this problem.

6. Different people have different body proportion and body building, therefore all information provided regarding sizing and fitting are solely suggestions from us to you. The final decision lies on the customers. If the product does not fit you, we will not accept this reason for exchange/refund.

7. The actual measurements might not be 100% accurate when provided by supplier. There might be a (+/-) 5% in the actual measurement.

8. Our mode of payment are: Bank Transfer to POSB Account and Bank Transfer to UOB Account

9. All payments are to be made to our POSB/UOB account or PayPal account before dateline. 10 . We have the right to cancel off any order after the dateline.

11. If payment is being received after the payment dateline, order will definitely be delay.

12. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery. All payments are to be transfer to us by Bank Transfer by the given dateline.

13. Payment Form is to be filled once payment is transferred.

14. Estimated waiting time are stated at every item's description. However, delay in waiting time could happen.

15. Please do not place your order if you can't afford to wait for your items to prevent misunderstanding.

16. No order will be made to our supplier if no payment is received by us.

17. Mode of delivery available are Normal Mail and Registered Mail.

18. We provide free local (Singapore) normal mail however should you need your order to be deliver to you by Registered Mail, an additional charge of $2.20 will be charge.

19. We will send out the item according to whatever information provided to us at the payment form. Should the item be send back because of wrong information provided, re-send of item will be at additional postage cost.

20. If multiple item is bought at the same time and one/more item(s) is out-of-stock, we will wait till all items to arrive and send out the items. Should buyer wish to receive item(s) that have ready stock, additional postage cost will be bear by buyer.

21. All items will be mail out within 48 hours after their arrival.

22. Should the item be out of stock, we will contact buyer and do a full refund.

23. Postage cost is fixed, therefore please do not bargain.

24. Strictly no refund/exchange will be allow.

25. Buyer should obey and follow the Terms & Conditions for our promotion and discount items/activity.

26. Strictly no bargaining. All prices are fixed.

27. F-DNA reserves our rights to change any part of this Terms & Conditions or add in new Terms & Conditions when we think there's a need for it.

28. We do not encourage anyone to use any verbal/physical attacks toward anyone (including staff from VoguePlusFashion). Therefore, please be friendly.

29. We will double check if there is any defect on the item itself before sending all items out. If defect is found, we will send for alteration before sending out to customer. We will contact buyer before sending for alteration.

30. Payment by PayPal will be subject to an additional 3.4%+SGD$0.50 per transaction due to the administrative charges to be collect by PayPal. All payment by PayPal must be made in Singapore Dollars.
